About the people they are usually friendly , but don't get so much involve with anyone, its really not that safe in Bulgaria...giving the ''developed'' mafia who runs around there ..... I can also tell u that shopping in Varna it's greate ( the prices are very low ). If u are in Varna it's good....they have few good places there, but not to many as the town its very small.
