A few steps to the east lies the ruined Old Metropolitan Church, dominating a plaza filled with pavement cafes, street traders and hawkers. Bar Burgas, Mena 10, is one of the better places to enjoy an evening drink. Completed during the fourteenth-century reign of Tsar Aleksandar, its blind niches, turquoise ceramic inlays and red-brick motifs are characteristic of latter-day Byzantine architecture, although the frieze of swastikas a symbol of the sun and continual change is unusual. Diagonally opposite is the now ruined Church of the Archangels Michael and Gabriel, patterned not unlike the Pantokrator. Immediately beyond this is the first of Nesebars churches, the Church of Christ the Pantokrator. Just downhill from here theres the ruined Church of St John Aliturgetos, standing in splendid isolation beside the shore and representing the zenith of Byzantine architecture in Bulgaria. Mitropolitska towards the Church of Sveti Spas (Summer only: MonFri 9 am1.30 pm & 25.30 pm, Sat & Sun 9.30 am1.30 pm; $1), outwardly unremarkable but filled with seventeenth-century frescoes. Slightly downhill on ul Mitropolitska, St John the Baptist (now an art gallery) also has a cruciform plan, but its undressed stone exterior dates it as a tenth- or eleventh-century building.Overhung by half-timbered houses carved with sun-signs, fish and other symbols, str. The church itself dates back to the fifth or sixth century, and it was here that bishops officiated during the citys heyday. The old town is crammed with restaurants; the sea-facing Neptun, towards the far end of town, is reasonably reliable, while the Plakamo, just downhill from the New Metropolitan Church at Ivan Aleksandar 8, is family-run and relatively sheltered. Thereafter ownership alternated between Bulgaria and Byzantium until the Ottomans captured it in 1453. You should verify critical information (like visas, health and safety, customs and transportation) with the relevant authorities before you travel.

Nessebar Bulgaria - Travel Guide, Tours, Hotels, Maps and Photos

About the resort: The present-day town is the successor of a Thracian fishermen''s settlement named Menabryia (meaning literally ''the town of Mena''), the foundation of which dates back to the 2nd century BC. In the 1st century BC the town surrendered to Marcus Lukulus'' legions and was subjected top Roman domination, during which the construction of a second colony of Messembria began and was finished. Its beach is considered to be one of the finest along the Black Sea coast due to a large sandy strip of land between the town and the village of Ravda, covered with clean golden sand. Later it remained the only Doric colony along the Black Sea coast, as the rest were typical Ionic settlements. Remains suggest the existence of aqueducts, a sewerage system, fortified wails, an amphitheatre and numerous cult edifices (including an impressive temple of Apollo) at that time. The Greeks named it Messembria (which was later transformed into Nessabar by the Slavs), and it grew into a big and well-fortified town-state. The town became a popular commercial centre as a variety of goods from the Aegean and the Mediterranean regions were traded there and it also minted its own coins in the 5th century BC. The town benefited from natural protection from both the land and the sea. The whole land between Nessebar and Obzor used to be a granary that supplied the two colonies with food as well as goods of exchange. Two centuries later, it founded its own colony called Navlohos near Obzor.

Actually, Kirk and Mitch went to Austria for a couple days, but I decided to stay in Germany for various reasons. And in Ljubljana met for a drink my best friend Adi. Anyway, it was a short night, as packing was done into long night hours. At the end of September 1998 i was finishing my graduation thesis. But, I didn't want to go only to the beaches, i wanted to see the world. I had no more problems with jet lag the rest of the time in Europe. I remember Ann and I deciding to visit our friend, Ali, in Bochum and making preparations for the trip - getting passports and such. I think that I figured it out; the air feels so different because its not humid like it is in my hometown. I took the train from Salerno to Catania. I woke up this particular morning bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. My alarm started ringing at 4:30 am with the song L'ombelico del mondo - the belly of the world - loudly. Oh, but I thought the further south I got, the warmer it will be. Saw a couple World Heritage sites, a few castles and infinity cathedrals. So, i picked up Adi some 30 minutes later, just as he was just getting his hair cut (at 5am in the morning hehe)... The train ride to Cologne was so smooth, only took about an hour. We went to Cambridge, Ely, York, Warwick, Kentworth, Coventry, Bath, Amesbury, Salisbury & Portsmouth. While drinking beer and watching people going by, he explained his idea to go traveling to Zanzibar...

A short & embarassing scramble up the precariously high top bunk and we not-so-happily pan out on a slim, army style matress, liberally soaked in previous travellers' sweat while choking in the throat-stifling humid air. Air con, who needs air con when its 40 degress outside?? Eating out can prove expensive but then again if God had wanted us to cook in, why did he invent restaurants??? For our added comfort, we're also found that most rooms come with a hairy-arsed snorer who likes to sleep 12 hours a day & spread his most intimate undergarmets around the room to dry...and all this is kindly included in the price!! From cable riding through a rainforest to skydiving, from cruising around Sydney Harbour to Camel Riding on the beach, many will say life doesn't get much better thanthis!! Kuwait Cayman Islands Lao Peoples Dem Rep Lithuania Morocco Myanmar Mongolia Northern Mariana Isl. No, no.....each room comes thoughtfully fitted with a fan which softly whirls the scorching hot air around and has no effect whatsoever on keeping you cool. The only drawback is that hauling a backpack around & trying to live off your wits with a paultry budget can be taxing!!

If the euro goes to $1.60, you'll pay $90 more — an amount you can make up by substituting an expensive dinner with a meal in a local cafe, or by taking public transportation instead of taxis. If you did your budget estimates at the beginning of this year, when the rate was $1.47, a week in a 100-euro-a-night hotel will have cost $1,029. Most estimated the dollar will be at around $1.30 to the euro when they priced their 2008 tours. A guide to the French: Handle with care - International Herald Tribune

At Christmas, he and his team of butchers put on elves' hats with blinking lights. He is a playful spirit in a rather sober neighborhood — and the exception to the customer-is-always-wrong rule. He is so deeply trusted that when avian flu struck France, his poultry sales went up, not down. He offers passers-by free charcuterie and glasses of Beaujolais nouveau every fall. I'm convinced the practice was learned in the strict French educational system, in which teachers are allowed to tell pupils they are "zeros" in front of the entire class. In five and a half years living in Paris as an American correspondent, I have tried to make the country my own, knowing that I never will completely fit in, but always will be fascinated. In my time here, France has marked the 20th anniversary of France's sinking of Greenpeace's Rainbow Warrior, the 200th anniversary of the high school baccalaureate diploma, the 60th anniversary of the bikini and the 100th anniversary of the brassiere. Instead, the trick is to somehow get the offended party to feel the mistake was his or her own. It has long been common practice for journalists in France to allow their interview subjects to edit their words. Mine, Monsieur Yvon, is more than a cutter of meat. One, Monsieur Yvon, in Paris, applies a personal touch that can be rare among French proprietors. Part of this feeling is a genuine affinity for the past, part a desire to cling to lost glory, part an insecurity that comes with a tepid economy and the struggle to integrate a growing Arab and African population. So as I finish my stint as Paris bureau chief and move on to a new beat here, it seems a good moment to offer eight lessons learned. So the official Élysée Palace transcript left out the line and replaced it with this: "I do not see what type of scenario can justify Iran's recourse to an atomic bomb." The practice of doctoring the transcript has continued under President Nicolas Sarkozy. When he tried to return it, the shopkeeper gave him the address of a tailor who can repair it — for a large fee.

Accommodation in Sofia.Sofia HotelsDiscover Five Star Luxury Hotels Call Or Reserve Your Room Online! According to several sites the flight to Varna (from Brussels or Cologne) was 500 euro!!! Air France flies from Paris to Sofia and costs 290 euro. All these prices are the prices you pay for departure from Brussels/Antwerp and Lige. Also, consider that Eurolines goes via Yugoslavia to Bulgaria. And that this diffusion of busstation has to do with the different directions busses are heading for. And they know that; so bet they let you pay! Another thing is that not all places are connected to the railway net. At the border between Bulgaria and Turkey; you will be summoned to get out of the bus and go to the cusumsoffice. Be aware of the fact that larger cities often have more than one busstation. Both were in the summer-season about 130 euro. British Airways, flying from London to sofia, is 250 pounds for a return-ticket. Bulgaria is in one zone together with Romenia and Yugoslavia and Macedonia. Busses are less comfortable and they dont have toilets on board. But if you are travelling around in other countries in the Balkan you can also buy a interrail pass. But its also a nice trip to hang all night around in the refreshment room with fellow backpackers in the same situation. Chas / zaminavane: means departure time. Finally; to get an idea of the costs: a ticket second class from Varna to sofia without reservation costs 13 lv 50! First you have the Bosphor express which leaves from the town of Ruse. For short distances its not necessary to have a reservation. Fourth: many of the budget-airlines (like Ryanair, easeyjet, german wings) dont fly to Bulgaria. However it is only valuable for 2 weeks; so that if you want to stay moer weeks in Bulgaria, you also have to pay for a transit visa when you are returning; so that you pay 50 euro extra for the trip. I paid for a ticket from Sofia to Istanbul only 40 lv. If I am not wrong this visum costs 25 euro. If you are only travelling in Bulgaria, consider that Bulgarian trains are so cheap, that it does not pay back to buy a railpass for Bulgaria. If you however buy a ticket at the train station with a seat reservation, you will automaticly be out in the right compatment. If you want to go from there to the famous monastery you will have to take a taxi. If you want to go to Sofia, you pay for a return ticket the following prices: Adults: 210 euro, People under 26 or elder than 60: 189 euro; children between 4 and 11: 105 euro. In other cities and towns, there is only one central office where you only have one public bus service. Its good to know that at the moment of writing; Eurolines has cancelled all the other lines that are offered in their Eurolines guide or on the internet. Its nicer to travel around by train then by bus because then you can see beautifull landscapes in stead of the concrete of the highways. Kategoriya: means type of train (express train is marked by a T; a slow train is marked by a G). KLM flies from Amsterdam to Sofia and costs 230 euro for a returnflight. Less cheap (relatively) are Barcelona: 340 lv; Madrid: 370 lv. Let?s say that you want to go by nighttrain to Belgrado and you are sitting in the wrong compartment; you might end up in Sofia as you wake up, because they uncoupled all the compartments that were destined for Sofia. Many locals go to Rila in the holidays and they will pass the same route as the taxis do. Melnik or Belogradchic for example are not directly connected by railway. No booking fees.Boutique HotelsSuperb Photos, Independent Reviews And Exclusive Online Specials!5 Star Luxury HotelsAbsolute Luxury Luxury HotelsSofia apartments for rentShort term self catering serviced apartments. Note that there are some limits on the things you can carry out of the country: there is a max of 5 packages of cigarettes and you are only allowed to take 2 liter of wine with you. O.k: how does it work when you leave the country by bus? Of course Bulgarians on the other way around think it may not be safe for them to pick up hitch hikers. Of course its always safer to hitch in pairs. Of course you can always find other backpackers there, for its a quite toursitic, so that you can share a cab; but why not wait and look for a free ride? Often they have some space left in the car and they take you to the monastery. Ok; if you go by Bus from Brussels you must be able to stand a long journey for it takes 36 hours to get to Sofia. OK; when you arriving at the trainstation there are some Bulgarian words that are vital to know for a succesfull continuation of your journey. One of the most spectacular train trips qua views is along the Iskr Gorge. One of the things you really ought to know is that it is, in case of long-distance journeys, a good thing to have a reservation for your seat in the train. Or, take the nighttrain from Varna to Sofia, so that you arrive in the morning at Sofia, without having lost a travelday. Other directions in Bulgaria are for these categories of travellers respectively 170, 153 and 85 euro. Second: Before you book a flight, check the cheap package tours that are offered on the net or at travelagencies. So dont expect to bet a ride in a Benz. So if you are making a trip around the country just start your circle around the country at Varna or Burgas. So if you for example want to go to the north by bus; there might be a separate station in the north of that city with busses to the north, whereas you probably will think that all the busses are leaving from the central busstation! So, if you really want to go to Sofia in the firstplace, you can safe a lot of money by going to Varna and pick directly the train (13,50 lv) to Sofia. So, the Lines 333, 334, 335 and 336 are not riding anymore! So, when the train was leaving, I had to give my seat to a person who had a reservation and I did not find a free seat afterwards. Thats why it is not worth to go by bus!!! The Balkan Express is a train that rides between Belgrado and Istanbul, so Bulgaria is only ?a country in between? The country in Europe, where you can find the most flights (budget and normal prices) is Germany. The departures from Brussels are on sundays (9 pm) and return on thursdays (9 am) The office of Eurolines in Brussels is: Avenue Fonsnylaan 13 (tel: 02-5382049) And in Sofia it is: Boulevard Vitosha 106 (29541143) or at the Central Station (Bureau number 48; tel: 29819848). The former ones have aircondition which can be very helpful when the temperature is 30 degrees Celsius. The latter ones dont have it and the windows often cant be opened so you are getting boiled inside. The reason why that is, is that there are more tourists heading for the black sea coast then to Sofia, so these lines are frequenter. Then you have the Balkan express, which departs from Sofia at about 5 pm (I wanted to take this one to Istanbul, but I just arrived 15 minutes too late at the station!!) This train is supposed to arrive in Istanbul at about 8 am the next day. There are charter flights from several cities that fly in summer on daily base. There are private busses, which are a bit more expensive and there are busses run by the state. There are several systems of ticket sales. There are three kinds of trains : the express (which do long distances: f.e. There is however of no extended check on your luggage as you leave Bulgaria by bus and a thing that is very nice, they dont punish you for not having all your forms of all the hotels etc. These passes are only to be use in 2 class. They often offer very cheap one/two or three weeks at the Black sea resorts. They present their offers as being the lowest prices possible, whereas they are not in fact. Third: the cheapest flights I have found were Bulgarian Airlines and Jetair. This same train returns from Istanbul to Bulgaria at 11 pm. Tickets can not be booked; but that is no problem for the majority of the long distance busses dont need to be booked in advance. What you can do however, is flying to Istanbul. When I went from Varna to Sofia I had the night express and I wanted to have the cheapest ticket; that is without a reservation on a seat. Which appeared to be overbooked) Normally, if you arrive at about half an hour before departure you get a bus. Yet, these are only for Europeans and cannot be bought in Bulgaria. Yet, they link all cities and villages so you can get to any place you want by bus. You can combine a week or a few days in Istanbul with your trip to Bulgaria. You can shop around and look for the best price and than take a bus. You can then get a very cheap flight and you can just decide not to stay at the hotel in these resorts and follow your own way by travelling around in the country. You can travel around for one month The interrail pass-system devides Europe (they are only for Europe) in zones. You can travel around there by an interrail pass that costs 200 euro. You will have to pay for a transit visa at the border in Yugoslavia. You will stand there for about one hour because there are many busses before you with in each bus dozens of passengers.

A friend of mine bought an ex communist built apartment (in as she described it a concrete block) for £5,000 three years ago, renting it out to a Bulgarian student, it is now valued at 90,000 euros. All roads connecting the village with other towns and villages were asphalted recently. An evening meal at a top restaurant in VT including wine was less than £8. As soon as the company formation paperwork is returned to the Notary, we will go to the courts and “swear” your new company in front of the judges. As you can see the bathroom, wet room is tiled. At present you have to fly to either Sofia, Varna or Bourgas , the three other international airports, and they are all about 3 hours drive from VT. At the end of your stay, you will be taken to your departure airport.6. At the same stay, you will open the bank account for your business, and of course view the property you have purchased. At this time you will pay the outstanding balance on your purchase.5. Bugaria has offically the lowest cost of living in all of thecountries within the EU. Bulgarians are very proud of their historyandmanytourists come from all over the world to share it. Designated trademarks and brands are the property of their respective owners. Finally we will then send these documents to you in the UK via an International courier such as DHL - fully insured of course. So in simple terms1. First working day in BG, we will take you to our solicitor, where you will start to sign all of the paperwork for both the company formation and the transfer of the property to your company. Foreigners can buy properties that do not own land. Fresh vegetables can bought in the market in VT everyday for pennies. Hundreds of years ago, Bulgarian Kings built a huge and impressive castle here and founded their capital. If you are looking for a holiday home, permanent residence for your own use, property for investment to rent out to Bulgarians, or just to have your foot on the ladder, invest in BG and do nothing with it apart from watch it grow in value. If you want to buy property with land or land on its own then it has to be done through a Bulgarian Limited Company (which you will own). If you wish to extend these periods then let us know as soon as possible. In the past it was owned by the military and Nato. In this form building homes are generally prohibited (with certain small exceptions) however the Bulgarian government are not as fixed as UK. It cost me more to drive to Luton Airport and park my car than I can spend in a week. It is a two storey building with long attached extension, wherethere is alreadyaliving area, kitchen and bathroom, we think that this single storey extension has a floor arrea of about 65sq m. It is also very popular for holidaying British tourists, escaping the UK rainy climate. It is situatedon a gentle slope at the highest point of the village so there is a nice view to the other houses and the surrounding hills. It is small, but University town with many young people living there. It makes you think why we accept the crazy prices in England!!. It will be easy to provide 3 or 4 spacious rooms in this extension, without a huge cost being incurred. Learn about bidding.By bidding, you are not entering into a contract to purchase this property. Municipality town Svishtov is on Danube river 12 miles away from the village. Non regulated land can be changed to regulated but there is cost and time to be considered.Veliko Tarnovo is the next region to explode, at Gorna Oryahovitsa, about 10 km away, there is a local airport which is used as a "cargo" airport. Non regulated land however is similar to our “green belt“. Not a bad return on £5k and the rental income aswell.Remember if you are buying land that there are two categories, regulated and non regulated. Once everything is completed and in good order, we will send all of your paperwork, relating to both your company formation and property deeds and paperwork to your home address in the UK, via an International courier such as DHL. One of our english speaking partners will be by your side throughout the entire legal process. Our Bulgarian team will work for you waiting for the formation of your company, and return to the Notary to collect all of your legal papers for both your company and your property deeds and paperwork. Over the winter in Bulgaria, there is snow and skiing whilst in the summer the back sea resorts come alive.Add to the climate, how far your money goes in Bulgaria and straight away it becomes more attractive. Real attraction is a small ship crosses Danube river many times per day for viewing trip to Romanian town Zimnich. Regulated generally means that it is an area that has already had permission granted for building, or has a derelict house on it, or has been changed from non regulated to regulated to allow for expansion and development. Remember though we will have already obtained all paperwork and deeds relevant to the property and they will have been checked by our solicitors before we place the property on this site. Since the demise of communism it is little used and it is subject to tenders to three international companies to be opened as a fully operational international airport. So we are not new to ebay, we are one of the more experienced Bulgarian Real Estate agents and have re-organised and formed a new partnership - Bulgarian-Homes. So we leave it to you the opportunities in Bulgaria are immense. The company does not have to trade, its only asset will be the property that you have bought. The interest to own a house in the villages near to Veliko Tarnovo is steadily increasing and this is fueled by low housing prices and the very low cost of living in Buglaria. The local currency the Lev, is still the favoured currency I was in Veliko Tarnovo (VT) for 6 nights in October, and can not spend the £100 I had transferred into Levs. The Notary will then transfer (using the forms you have already signed) your property into your company.7. The office in Bulgaria, has been selling properties and land since 1993 and have been responsible for hundreds of successful sales mainly to residents of the U.K. The other part of the garden is cultivated and can easily be seeded to provide a lovely lawn. The other major point is the position of this property. The property isat the end of the village so it is quiet and private. The town has kept up with western expectations, with many shopping malls, housing modern fashionoutlets, Practiker (large DIY outlet) and Technomarket. Thefortess walls were high and behind them the Kings built their palace and the main Bulgarian Church Veliko Tarnovo is alsovery important for Bulgarian Culture. There are three café-bars, shops, post-office, school, pharmacy, buses go every hour to Svishtov and VT. There was only oneway into the fortress through aheavily defended drawbridge and along a narrowroad. There will be a new metro open by Christmas this year. In simple terms, buyers are able to use the Bulgarian system to purchase their property and the surrounding land more easily, but still in a way that complies fully with Bulgarian law. Potential buyers are led to believe that a huge amount of red tape is involved. This unique scheme is proving so popular, that more than 50% of the development is already sold. This will be of great assistance in selling the property later, as being able to purchase a corresponding interest in land is such an unusual occurrence for foreign nationals. Understandably, this made the deal more complicated, increasing costs and exacerbating buyer stress. It is different story with the spa resort of Albena on Bulgaria’s Black Sea Coast.

A detailed inspection of the construction is carried out by a civil engineer and you can order a complete construction survey if you are purchasing a very old property or if there is some doubt about the parameters of the land the building has been erected on. A municipal tax, which is basically the UK equivalent of stamp duty, is also compulsory. After the deposit has been paid the remaining amount of the purchase price needed for completion can easily be transferred to a Bulgarian bank account from your country. At present, a foreigner can purchase a building but not land as an individual. Bank fees for servicing the accountin Bulgaria are approximately E 1 per month. Expenses for setting up a company are generally between E 600 and E 900. How do you pay for it?Your first option is totransfer the money directly from your bank account totheBulgarian bank account of the seller/ developer in the case of expressedconsent on their part. However, these costs are negligiblylow compared to those in Western Europe. However, this period is negotiable if the buyer has reasons to require his newly purchased property vacated earlier. If you are buying an apartment and it is still occupied by the owners, you should not expect them to move out immediately- it usually takes a month. If you make the decision to purchase a property while in Bulgaria and you still have to leave, you can have the preliminary agreement signed by appointing a lawyer to represent you through a power af attorney. If you wish, you can set up a Bulgarian bank account and authorize the agency to act on your behalf. In addition, we offer organizing your arrival and stay in the country, accomodation and presentations of properties, transportation and translation, legal advice and consulting, property management and after-purchase renovation solutions. In Bulgaria "tax value" differs from "purchase price" in that tax value is much lower than the actual transaction price for reasons of taxation. In case you have purchased an apartment, local taxes are still due, together with annual maintenance and management fees fixed by the developer or the managing agent. Internet banking is available at some, however not all, Bulgarian banks. It has always proved useful to refer this matter to your estate agency and be assisted in any negotiations with the seller. It is wise to keep all time limits realistic since failure to comply with them spells considerable penalties and may even lead to loss of the property. Mirela estate agency jealously defends the rights of its clients and offers them high-quality properties and services. Most Bulgarian property owners insist on keeping the tax value written in the title deed to avoid paying heavier taxes on the property transfer. Normally the cost for viewing the property is included in the estate agency's commission. Note, however, that you cannot have the date fixed back in time, so it is imperative that finances are available by the stipulated dates. Please, notethis amountis not the cost of setting up the company. It can be used immediately either for costs incurred during your visit or for any required deposits. The real estate agency can form a limited liability company on your behalf. Rates for employing builders differ widely but as a guide, building work corresponds approximately toone third of what it will cost in Western Europe. RENOVATION AND RESALEBuilding costs are comparatively low in Bulgaria against the backgound of European construction. An average Bulgarian wage is currently E 150 per month. RESTRICTIONS ON FOREIGNERSCurrently there are still restrictions on foreigners buying land in Bulgaria. The agency counsels and assists the client in choosing the property, prepares the set of ownership documents and provides legal assistence until the day of the issuance of the notarial deed. Please, note thatthe above-mentioned services are included in the agency' remuneration. The amountof the latter ranges from E 15E to E 25 per year. The bank document certifying the deposition of minimumcapital is presented to Court for obtaining a registration, along with other company documents which have to be prepared. The final contract is finally prepared and signed by both buyer and seller at the public notary's office. The notary charges a fee around BGN 37 (E 17). The only additional tax you are required to pay is garbage tax; this varies depending on the location and the size of the property. The Preliminary contract is then sent to your home country, containing the completion date (previously agreed upon) specified by the developer and the amount of the penalties he will owe in case he fails to meet the deadline. The tax is currently two per cent of the purchase price. These costs are normally based on the size of the apartment. They are incredibly low in comparison to Western Europe- e.g. This covers the insurance of the building, plus maintenance of the public areas such as communal gardens and swimming pool (if there is one), caretaking and security. This type of survey usually involves a geologist taking soil samples to analyse the condition of the land and the building's foundations. Two copies of the company documents are produced, one in Bulgarian and one in English. What is more, you can even compare the average real estate property prices in different areas and quarters. When buying a house, in addition to these property- related costs, there is also the cost of setting up a limited liability companythrough which landcan be purchased. When buying an apartment, remember to take into account the additional cost of annual maintenance and management fee. You are guided through the Articles of association word by word in a detailed explanationinvolving all issues oncompany management.LOCAL TAXES Once you have assumed possession of a property, there are local annual taxes to pay. You can fully rely on your estate agent to accompany you to a local notary office (chosen by you or recommended by the agency), where the notary public has to attest your signature on the company documents. You canclick on a selected property and see all details about it. You do not have be present in person provided you have authorized an attorney to represent you.The whole purchasing process usually takes a month to be finalized.Once a date for the final completion is agreed upon, it is possible to realize the deal sooner. You need to sign an annexstating you agree to let the agency operatewith the deposited amount in its accountat Bulgarian Post bank for the purpose of concluding the deal. You should expect to receive the title deed a couple of weeks after the final completion date. Your choice will give you all the safety you need while investing in a foreign country.
