The cheapest one is listed at 42 000 EUR while the most expensive one – at 2.52 million EUR. The cheapest one is offered at 11 250 EUR. The cheapest plot there now is offered for 144 000 or 36 EUR per square meter. The cheapest such plot is offered at 25 000 EUR and the most expensive one – at 2.55 million EUR. The most expensive plot in regulation is at the sea shore near the camping ground “Arapia” and is listed for 7.92 million EUR.The plots near Ahtopol show a price increase since the month of February as well. The plot is located on the road to “Saint Vlas” and has a permit for 40% construction density. The plots in regulation sell between 63 and 81 EUR per square meter. The plots without regulation near Sunny Beach sell between 13 and 105 EUR per square meter.In Sozopol, in the last six months, the average listings for the plots without regulation remain the same while the plots in regulation are down with 11%. The plots without regulation there sell between 8 and 180 EUR per square meter. The property is located across from the camping ground “Nestinarka”. Their average prices have decreased with 11% since February and are offered for 100 to 330 EUR per square meter. This last plot is on the road to the camping ground “Oasis”. This plot has an area of 3 000 square meters.
