Entrance to balcony from bedrooms and sitting room with beautiful view of beach and Black Sea. Extra cleaning and towels provided at extra cost.Notes on accommodationThe bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is on the second floor and is serviced by a lift and stairs. Fresh fruit, ice cream and pancakes can be bought right on the beach. Fresh fruit, vegetables, milk, coffee can be purchased in the many little stalls and shops just a short walk from the apartment. Fully fitted kitchen including all cooking utensils. Here items like the mop/bucket, sweeping brush/dustpan, iron/ironing board are stored.Living Rooms:The bright and spacious living room/dining area/kitchen is open plan with air conditioning. It has 24 hour security at main entrance. It is just a short walk to the lovely sandy beach. Local stalls sell blow up boats and beach equipment for children which can be stored in the apartment utility room. Main bathroom with shower also extra WC. Pick up can be arrainged for you to and from the airport for around 20 euros each way. Price includes electricity cost.Changeover dayChangeover day is flexible.AccommodationBedrooms:Bedroom 1, king size bed, lockers, wardrobe, dressing table and mirror. Take a leisurely stroll all along the beachfront to the main shopping/central area. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your departure plus 100 euros security deposit against damage or breakages in the apartment. There are 2 double sofabeds and 2 small stools for seating, coffee table, TV. There are several hotels in Pomorie where meals at very reasonable rates are served. There are small supermarkets all around the town and also numerous "Change" kiosks where you can change your money for the local currency, exchange rates are advertised. There are some lovely small boutiques in the main shopping area of Pomorie which sell ladies, children's and men's clothes, jewellery etc and are very reasonably priced.Booking notesBooking deposit of 100 euros is required within 7 days of making reservation. There is an excellent bus service to areas such as Bourgas City, Nessebar, Sunny Beach, St Vlas etc.DistancesThe central area of Pomorie is 5 mins walk approx. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure from apartment less any damages. You will pass by the many restaurants and hotels.
