BNR Government approves Black Sea Highway Ring


Bulgaria’s government has endorsed a document on the development of sea highways in the Black Sea region. It envisages the improvement of existing sea connections, creating an alternative to ground transport and improving the access to peripheral and island regions and countries.SavePrintSend© 2008 Bulgarian National Radio. The length of the highway ring will be 7000 km. This is envisaged in the government-approved Memorandum for the development of this ring linking the countries of the Organization for Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
