Bulgaria`s government and Dundee Precious Metals Inc have agreed to set up a public-private partnership following talks over the Canadian mining group plans to expand its Chelopech copper and gold mine. The state fee will be raised over 10 times from a 0.75 percent fee agreed in 2004.The Bulgarian state will hold a 25% stake in the planned USD 155 M gold and copper processing facility and the dividends will be transferred to the so-called silver state pension fund.
