Definetely the most convinient way to do this trip. Have you looked into public transport options? I think, there are not many ways to avoid being ripped off. One of the daytime ones is the the one with four changes, so that leaves one - depart Varna 08:50, arrive Bucharest 17:09.Don't know anything about bus travel, but from what Romanian friends tell me about Romanian roads it may be best to stick with trains. Sometimes Hilton Hotels are offering taxitransfers for a fixed rate - it�s worth to check. That�s part of the game and even the rippoff fare will be cheap compared to a prebooked commercial transfer wich is ~20�. You will be in an east-european country with a difficult language.
