The Bulgarian government has adopted Memorandum of Understanding on theDevelopment of the Motorways of the Sea at the BSEC Region, too. The document concerns themaintenance, reconstruction, modernization and new construction of theroad infrastructure. The funding of the construction will be realized via national funds andbudgets, as well as via private capitals. The funds can be allotted byEU funds or by EIB, WB, EBRD as well as by other funds and banks. The highway, planned to encircle and bypass thecountries from the Black Sea region, will pass through the Bulgariantown of Hasskovo.
